Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within [1–3 business days] of purchase. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping carriers & delivery times
We ship with [PostNord / DHL / etc.]. Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 4-10
• EU: 5-10
• Rest of world: 510

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@jokiflyfishing.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
