RETURNS & CLAIMS

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Joki.

Rods & Flies
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a refund. The item must be unused, unfished, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Clothing
Since our clothing is printed on demand, please check our size guide carefully before ordering. You still have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition — return shipping is paid by the customer.

If something arrives defective or misprinted, we'll always make it right at no cost to you — just email us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and let you know where to send the item back.
